Control panel
The control panel on the filling machine is the core of the machine,it consists of touch screen,power switch, emergency button You just need to press the corresponding button and the machine will follow the correct program.
An Alarm Screen will also be included on automatic filling equipment to notify packagers when there is an issue with the filling equipment or the packaging line in general. In addition to notification, the screen can assist with identifying the issue if the same is not immediately obvious.

Cap feeding cage with vibrating disk is connected to a pipe that carries the cap ,They automatically arranges the cap and deliver the cap.
In this way, the tube is covered in a consistent process, reducing the manual contact with the bottle process, and ensuring tube hygiene,At the same time, labor costs are reduced

The main platform
The picture includes chuck, filling head,and automatic lid feeding and press cap stations.They are clear function and easy to clean.
Among them, the chuck is used to fix the filling container and drive the container to move to the filling、capping and other stations. The circular design can save space while setting up multiple positions, so that the filling process is time-saving and efficient.

The machine function is:
1. Manual tube loading(If you want we can do auto loading) with tube detection system (No tube no filling)2. Auto tube filling with Diving System & Rotary Valve System & Air blow-cutting system for customized material (Some high viscosity) to avoid material splashing and adhesive on tube mouth or wall or rim be dirty.
3. Auto pressing cap into each tube by adjustable press height with cap detection system (No cap will stop and alarming)
4. Can working with Inkjet Printer for printing code number & EXP date and so on.
5. Auto tube output
Of course, if client want we also can design Auto hopper material loading system from your raw material storage tank to machine filling hopper. We design the hopper material level detection system so when hopper lack the material then machine PLC system will issue a signal let transfer pump working directly. As well the hopper heating system and hopper stirring system if you want.
About the filling volume we can do the customized, normally like 5-300ml or bigger.About the filling volume accuracy, we always can control into ±1%.
About the machine voltage, we also can do customized by 110/220/380V and so on.
