Working Principle
1）Bottle Feeding: Empty bottles are conveyed into the filling station via an automatic infeed conveyor, spaced accurately by a bottle divider.
2）Precision Filling Process: Volumetric or flowmeter-based pumps measure and dispense the exact amount of oil into each bottle.
3）Drip-Free Nozzle Operation: As the nozzles descend, filling starts with bottom-up motion to prevent foaming and splashing.
4）Capping and Sealing: After filling, bottles are moved to the capping station, where caps are placed and securely tightened using torque-controlled heads.
5）Labeling and Outfeed: Labeled bottles pass through quality checks before being directed to the packaging area, ready for boxing or palletizing.
