Customer Demand & Pain Points
The client had used a semi‑manual bottling line for many years, but three urgent problems were threatening their growth.
Capacity Ceiling
Their old hand‑operated piston fillers could only fill 600‑800 bottles per hour during busy shifts. When a large retailer doubled its chili‑sauce order in early 2021, the factory had to schedule weekend overtime to keep up. This was expensive and caused operator fatigue, leading to inconsistent fill volumes.
Inconsistent Seals
Their manual capping process was unreliable. About one in twelve jars arrived at the store with loose or crooked caps. This caused leaks and customer complaints, leading to product returns. Expanding production with their old system would only make this quality problem worse.
Limited Floor Space

Sauce Filling Machine (Core Equipment)
We supplied a servo‑driven piston sauce filling machine, fully adapted for their range of thick Vietnamese condiments:
• Anti‑Drip Nozzle — Built‑in suck‑back function stops sauce from stringing on bottle necks, keeping the conveyor and cap threads clean.
• Quick‑Release Format Parts — Tool‑free changeovers for 200 ml, 350 ml, and 500 ml glass jars, which is important because they change recipes three times a week.
• Food‑Grade Construction — All product‑contact parts are SUS 316L stainless steel, resistant to acidic sauces and suitable for hot‑fill processes.
Automatic Capping Machine (Supporting Unit)
This compact inline capper was specifically chosen to work with the sauce filling machine:
• Vibratory Cap Sorter — Automatically feeds lug caps and screw caps, removing one full‑time worker from the line.
• Compact Frame — Less than 2.2 meters long, it fits neatly between the sauce filling machine and their existing labeling table.
Optional Upstream Upgrade
During technical discussions, the client mentioned a mixing issue where oil would separate from the sauce. We informed them about our Planetary Mixer as a potential future upgrade for 2022, but we made it clear this was not part of the current project.
On‑site Installation
The machinery was shipped by sea to Hai Phong port and transported by truck to Hanoi. A Micmachinery commissioning engineer stayed on‑site for ten days to complete the installation in four phases.
Receiving & Positioning (Days 1–2)
