Product Introduction

The IRB series handling robot adopts a 4-axis design, with the advantages of simple structure, low failure rate, easy operation, low energy consumption, and small footprint. The powerful wrist load capacity can easily complete the handling task. The handling robot is mainly suitable for large load and wide range of work occasions.wrist load capacity is 110KG, and the maximum working radius is 2400mm.


Robot base

Made of 150*150*4 carbon steel square tube, 20t steel plate is welded at the connection with the robot and the ground, and fixed with chemical bolts to the ground.


Control Box

The control box shell is made of 1.5t carbon steel plate with plastic spraying treatment on the surface;The control box is equipped with a cooling fan and a fluorescent lamp socket (AC220V);The original PLC power filter;The operation panel adopts a human-machine interface (HMI)10% space is reserved in the control box to facilitate the expansion of other components.
