Process:

This machine can realize the functions of automatic feeding, automatic alignment, automatic lifting and arranging of layers, automatic tray feeding and automatic palletizing.

During production, the film packs are transported by the conveyor belt. When passing through the steering device, the film packs are turned to the necessary direction according to the counting program for automatic alignment. When the alignment of one layer is completed, the layer pushing device will push the alignment layer into the storage layer. After that, the alignment layer rises to a specific stacking position with the storage platform, and the alignment layer is released, thereby realizing one layer of stacking. After one layer is stacked, the storage platform returns to its original state, and then the second layer of stacking operation is repeated. After the palletizing is completed, the whole pallet is automatically output.

When the film packs form a layer according to a certain order, they are pushed into the elevator by the push plate, and the elevator rises and moves forward to the upper part of the palletizing device, and is placed on the pallet (or the previous layer) smoothly to form automatic palletizing . The palletizing device relies on the variable frequency motor to drive the chain to complete its lifting, lowering and forward (backward).
