Bottle feeding system


The products to be inspected are delivered to the bottle feeding dial wheel by the bottle feeding mesh belt, and then transported to the central turntable inspection area by the bottle feeding dial wheel.

Central turntable


The central turntable is driven by servo motor 1 and is used to transport the bottle through the inspection area.


When it reaches the bottle rotating device, the bottle rotating motor rotates at high speed, causing the object to be inspected to rotate at high speed.


Before entering the photoelectric inspection, the object to be inspected is stopped by mechanical brakes, while the liquid in the bottle is still rotating.

At this time, the object to be inspected enters the photoelectric inspection area, and the industrial camera driven by servo motor 2 takes a high-speed photo of the object to be inspected, and the inspection software determines whether there are defective products or not.
